Many however do not even show up with the Better Business Bureau because they have not been around long enough, are not members or operate under different names to hide true identity. I own a Aurora Generator and they sure do deserve their A+ Rating. Can't really argue with the ratings the BBB has as they are bases on real customer complaints. I have to agree with you. I own a Aurora Generator and they sure do deserve their A+ Rating.

Can’t really argue with the ratings the BBB has as they are bases on real customer complaints.
