When shopping for a generator it is important to read public reviews and see what other customers have to say. It is just as important to search for complaints and see those also. A excellent place to search is with organizations like The Better Business Bureau. They collect complaint reports from frustrated consumers who often reach a dead end with a company. No company can keep 100% of the customers satisfied, but failure to respond to complaints and having dozens and dozens of them are not a good sign. Here is just some of the material you dig up looking up other companies. Many however do not even show up with the Better Business Bureau because they have not been around long enough, are not members or operate under different names to hide true identity.

The Better Business Bureau rates companies from a A - F We have the best possible rating an "A" Others show failing grades and the Better Business Bureau says

Company Rating F - "We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

There are others like Liquidity Services Inc. with over 330 complaints.
http://www.dc.bbb.org/report.html?national=y&compid=23004542

Also Ramsond with an "F" Rating. http://www.bbb.org/eastern-michigan/business-reviews/not-elsewhere-classified/ramsond-corp-in-west-bloomfield-mi-90007963/

I have to agree with you. I own a Aurora Generator and they sure do deserve their A+ Rating.

Can't really argue with the ratings the BBB has as they are bases on real customer complaints.
